You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but please note that the delivery address has to be that of India. As of now, Elite Discount Cards doesn't deliver your purchased plans / packages internationally
We understand that this could be a concern to some of you, and hence we also send out an electronic copy of your membership cards / packages to your registered email address with 5 days of your payment being realised. These e-cards can be used just like your plastic cards at any of our affiliated medical practitioners as per the validity period of your membership. You can also view and download your e-card from the My Account section of elitediscountcards.com at any time! We encourage you to update your Account with the email addresses and phone numbers of all members on your Plan so that each of you can have access to the host of services being provided online without any dependency issues
We, at Elite Discount Cards know how important it is to receive your purchased products in a timely manner. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible. We strive to deliver your purchased plan / package in the fastest time possible. After realization of your payment your purchased product should be shipped to you within 7 working days and delivered to your Indian Address within 21 business days. However, for a speedy delivery you need to ensure that your address and phone no’s provided are accurate for the purpose of deliveries. Including your accurate pin code will only make the process that much faster.
In case your product is returned un-delivered we will notify you by email on your registered email address and will re-confirm the shipping address with you for trying to re-deliver the same. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by one of our courier partners. A copy of all our correspondences to you would also be kept in your My Account section for the sake of convenience.
